My husband is from MI and has been wanting to move our family there for as long as I can remember. Well I have always been up for it, but Michigan really caught my attention when we found this place. This is where we want to live. It is absolutely beautiful.

St. Augustine Flower Expo 2007

I took my daugther to the Flower Expo here is St. Augustine. It was a beautiful day and it made for some beautiful pictures.

My Glow

I regret that I didn't document my pregnant belly when I was pregnant with my daughter. So when I was pregnant with my son I decided to do a 2 photoshoots. One photoshoot was of my husband & I and the other one was with my daughter. She was young to understand what was going on with my growing belly but at the same time she found it interesting to see it move and feel the kicks. It made for wonderful pictures that I treasure. I know that some people feel that seeing a pregnant woman's belly is inappropriate but I feel like it is a beautiful thing that should be embraced and shown. Everyone says a pregnant woman has a "glow" about them. Well here is my glow. Most of these pictures were done on a tripod, other's were taken by my husband.

Welcome my son

I LOVE these pictures! I wanted to show the tenderness of a new baby while welcoming him to our family. I can't take all the credit for these pictures though. My husband took the ones of me and the kids.

50 & Fabulous

For my Mother-in-law's 50th we did a photoshoot to show the beautiful woman she is today at 50 years of age.

Face Forward

I have this make-up how to book called Face Forward. Anyone that knows me well knows that I have as long as I can remember liked to experiment with make-up. Well my friend Rhonda let me give her a make over and afterwards I shot some photo's of her in my backyard. I would love to do another Face Forward make over for whom ever is interested.

My experience being a 2nd shooter to the fabulous Scarlett Lillian

What a wonderful compliment it was for me to be asked to be the 2nd shooter of an International Wedding Photographer! Scarlett and I went to high school together and recently reconnected after all these years through our passion for photography. Being away from photography for so long I had forgot some key things that Scarlett brought back to my attention and it started to feel more like second nature to me again.
