People sometimes ask me...
People sometimes ask me what type of pictures I like to take the most. My answer to that would be Pregnancy pictures. It is definately a moment in time that you can't re-do. There is a certain connection between the mother, father and the unborn that can be captured. The unknowing love of what is about to come. Pregnancy pictures are your first pictures of you and your baby...of your family.

You would think it was a watermelon eattin' contest!
So my husband and I had some of our neighbors over for a cook out last month. And of course you have to have watermelon in the summertime! These pictures were shot in our backyard but just the expressions of a child are priceless!

My Glow
I regret that I didn't document my pregnant belly when I was pregnant with my daughter. So when I was pregnant with my son I decided to do a 2 photoshoots. One photoshoot was of my husband & I and the other one was with my daughter. She was young to understand what was going on with my growing belly but at the same time she found it interesting to see it move and feel the kicks. It made for wonderful pictures that I treasure. I know that some people feel that seeing a pregnant woman's belly is inappropriate but I feel like it is a beautiful thing that should be embraced and shown. Everyone says a pregnant woman has a "glow" about them. Well here is my glow. Most of these pictures were done on a tripod, other's were taken by my husband.

Welcome my son
I LOVE these pictures! I wanted to show the tenderness of a new baby while welcoming him to our family. I can't take all the credit for these pictures though. My husband took the ones of me and the kids.
